There are 2 villas on the property. They are the Chateau split into 2 private rentals. 

Villa 1, The Lower Level is 2 bedroom 2 bathroom full Kitchen(brown in the images), Living Room w/ Fireplace,  Farmers Dining Table, Game Room. Walk out to the Outdoor Kitchen w/4 tables. 1900 sq feet.

Villa 2,  The Upper Level is 5 bedroom 5.5 bathroom full Kitchen(gray in the images), Living Room w/Fireplace, Den w/Fireplace, Tower Room, private 20' x 30' with couches and tables.

The villas  shares space outside: 50' Dock, Firepit, Outdoor Kitchen with tables and seating for 16. 8 Lounge chairs at the waterfront deck.
